All house plans presented on this website are protected under the Federal Copyright Act, Title XVII of the U.S. Code, and Chapter 37 of the Code of Federal Regulations.  All house plans presented on this website cannot be used by anyone other than the purchaser and/or licensor of the house plan.  All house plans presented on this website cannot be resold or relicensed to any other person or entity.

The purchase and/or license of a house plan presented on this website allows the purchaser and/or licensor a limited license to use that house plan for the construction of one, and only one, dwelling unit.  The purchase and/or license of additional sets of a house plan presented on this website at a reduced price from the original house plan, or as part of a multiple set package of the house plan, does not allow the purchaser and/or licensor to use the house plan, or additional sets of the house plan, or a multiple set package of the house plan, to construct more than one dwelling unit.  Similarly, the purchase and/or license of reproducible sets of a house plan does not allow the purchaser and/or licensor to construct more than one dwelling unit.  To use a house plan presented on this website to construct more than one dwelling unit, and to avoid any copyright/license infringement, the purchaser must purchase a multi-use license if offered by the Designer.

Copyright and licensing of house plans for construction of dwellings exist to protect all parties.  Willful infringement of copyrights could give rise to statutory damages of up to $150,000, plus attorney fees, damages, and loss of profits.
